Toan Dinh
CEO & Managing Director
Toan Dinh is Managing Director of Impact Vietnam. Toan is responsible for new business development, operation, strategic partnerships. Toan has 15 years of experience working in the capital market. Toan has successfully closed numerous transactions regarding equity investment, buy-outs, corporate bond and debt financing. Prior to joining Impact Vietnam, Toan was Fund Manager of Vietnam Business Challenge Fund, Manager of Consulting Department at PetroVietnam Finance & Investment Company and Financial Analyst at Deloitte Vietnam.
Toan graduated from the National Economics University in Hanoi. He has a master’s degree from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom and has passed the Level II CFA Institute Exam
Ngoc Vu
Executive Director
Ngoc has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, PE and fundraising. He has been leading a number of M&A transactions, valuation, modeling, banking portfolio advisories, strategic advisory and corporate restructuring projects during his professional career as Head of M&A Advisory Team in BIDV FDI Banking Department and Senior Consultant at Deloitte Vietnam. He has experience in a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, building materials, confectionary/FMCG, breweries, logistics, chemicals, retail/food distribution, real estate, renewable energy, education, and manufacturing.
Ngoc holds a M.Sc. Business Economics Banking and Finance from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
Van Tran
Vice President
Van has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A and financing. Van has experience in energy, infrastructure, water and logistics. Van gained extensive experience in financial due diligence, financial analysis and valuation. Earlier in his career, Van was the Head of M&A at Asia Invest for 7 years and financial associate at Deloitte Vietnam for 4 years.
Van graduated from the National Economics University in Hanoi. Van has certiciate for valuation from Ministry of Finance, real estate brokerage from Ministry of Construction, securities practicing certificates from securities training center under SSC.
Ninh Nguyen
Vice President, Ho Chi Minh city
Ninh Nguyen is VP of Impact Vietnam. Ninh is responsible for client relationship, deal sourcing, deal management. Ninh has nearly 12 years of experience working in the energy and IT industries. Before joining us, he was the lecture of business management at Ho Chi Minh University of Law. Earlier in his career, Ninh was an Investment Associate at PetroVietnam Energy Technological Corporation and Tan Viet Securities Incorporation.
Ninh has an M.B.A. from University of the West of England (UK) and a B.A. Hanoi University of Technology (Vietnam).

Claus Frost-Hansen
Advisor, Belgium
Claus is a member of the Advisory Board at Impact Vietnam, operating mainly from Belgium with frequent travels to Vietnam meeting clients. Claus advises Impact Vietnam on strategy to implementation of specific transactions. In addition, Claus reaching out to our network of investors in Europe. Claus has 42 years of professional experience in managing and working on consulting projects in developed and emerging economies in Western and Central Europe, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Asia and Africa. His experience includes projects funded by private company clients and donors such as: DFID, EU, USAID, World Bank, Inter American Development Bank, EBRD, Danida and SIDA.
Claus has a degree in Master of Science (Econ.) from Copenhagen Business School.
