Toan Dinh is the Founder and Managing Director of Impact Vietnam. Toan supervises new business development, operations, strategic partnerships, and implementation.
Toan has 15 years of experience working in the agriculture, energy, and information technology industries. Toan has been involved in numerous business transactions, as well as corporate governance and capital management. Prior to founding Impact Vietnam, Toan was the Managing Director of the $15 million Vietnam Business Challenge Fund (VBCF). In this role, Toan actively managed a portfolio of 21 companies with investments in the agriculture, energy, and public sectors.
Toan graduated from the National Economics University in Hanoi. He received his master's degree from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom and has passed the Level II CFA Institute Exam.

Ninh Nguyen

Manager, Vietnam

Ninh (Richard) Nguyen is Manager of Impact Vietnam. Ninh is responsible for client relationship, deal sourcing, deal management.
Ninh has nearly 12 years of experience working in the energy and IT industries. Before joining us, he was head of Human Resources and Administration Faculty at Ho Chi Minh University of Law and mentoring Co-Ordinator of Business Networking International Vietnam – Everest Chapter. Earlier in his career. Ninh was senior software engineer at GOSCOM, PetroVietnam Energy Technological Corporation and Tan Viet Securities Corporation.
Ninh received an M.B.A. from University of the West of England (UK) and a B.A. Hanoi University of Technology (Vietnam).

Claus is a member of the Advisory Board at Impact Vietnam, operating mainly in Belgium, helping us network with investment funds in the EU market.
Clause has 38 years of experience in managing and working on consulting projects in developed and emerging economies in Western and Central Europe, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Asia and Africa. His experience includes projects funded by private company clients and donors such as: DFID, EU, USAID, World Bank, Inter American Development Bank, EBRD, Danida and SIDA.
